I'm a walking contradiction. But by more traditional definitions, I'm a freelance graphic designer and the creative director for a local magazine.
I'm analytical, have trouble making decisions, and have tendencies to be both romantic and cynical. I am an advocate of road trips, group naps, and fort building. I love unexpected snow flurries, side splitting laughter, and big back porches. I always find myself being pulled in ten different directions, perhaps because I love too many things, but I supposed there are worse problems to have. Gloomy days put me in good moods and I love thunderstorms like most people love the sun. Well. Probably more than that. I look through magazines backwards and 'window shop' plane tickets and real estate like it's my job. I think the best cure for anything is a backroads-car-dance-party, windows down and music up. Singalong required. Most of all I believe that happiness is a choice you have to make. And I think one of the greatest tragedies is that people forget they have the power to change their own lives. Don't be your own biggest obstacle when it comes to making your life everything you ever wanted. I'm still working on that myself.
